We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund within 30 days of receipt of delivery.

All returns should be notified by email within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please email our customer services team at support@elysian.co.uk of who will then advise you of the returns procedure depending on the reason for return. Please ensure that you provide all relevant details, including your name, order number and details of the order. Our returns address is as follows:

Items returned must arrive in a perfect, resell-able condition, including the packaging, so please ensure that they are packed well. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any item if after inspection we feel that the item is not in a resell-able condition.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

 

 What products can be returned?

Products can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and unopened, within 30 days of receiving the product.

Products can be returned in the following circumstances:

1)    Damaged or Faulty Products

2)    Incorrect Product delivered

3)    Unwanted or Cancelled Products

In some exceptional circumstances people have reactions to products that they have not used before. We make every effort to provide all information regarding ingredients on the website and strongly advise that the manufacturers leaflet should be read thoroughly before using the product. Should any of the products cause a reaction please see a medical professional in the first instance who will be able to ascertain what caused the reaction. Due to the personal nature of some of the products, we cannot accept returned items which have been opened or that we reasonably believe have been used. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available and you will be responsible for arranging for such goods to be delivered back to you.

 

Who pays the charges for the return of a product?

Postage will be refundable to you in cases where an incorrect or faulty item was received to you from us.

If you return a product for reasons other than defects in the goods, or an incorrect delivery, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the item(s).

For all returns we strongly recommend that you retain your receipt from the Post Office until you have received credit for your return. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.

 

When should Products be returned by?

All returns must be returned within 30 days from receipt of delivery, undamaged and in its original packaging.

 

How long does a refund take?

If you require a refund, returns are usually processed within a few days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds can take up to 2 weeks to show on your account; this is due to the time taken by some banks to process the payment. 

 

How will the refund be processed?

We will refund you by the same payment method used to make the original order. For example, if a payment has been made via Paypal then the refund will be processed and deposited back into your Paypal account and not on a credit card or bank account associated with your paypal account.
