The following terms and conditions apply to the use of ELYSIAN.CO.UK (the Website/We/Us) and by accessing, using and/or placing an order on the Website, you are acknowledging that you have read, understand, and agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to change or modify the Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notification and whilst we will highlight any major changes on the Website and/ or by email to registered users, it is your responsibility to check the Terms for any changes and your continued use thereafter shall constitute acceptance of the changes.

This Website is created, administered and controlled by House of Elysian Ltd, trading as ELYSIAN.CO.UK. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 8897435 with our registered office at 1 Bromley Lane, Chislehurst, BR7 6LH. Our VAT registration number is GB 189835541.
General Use of the Website
The Website may only be used for personal, non-commercial and lawful purposes. By using the Website, You agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes and regulations regarding the Website and any transactions conducted on or through the Website.
In using the Website and information available from the Website, You agree that you will not:
a) use the Website in any way that causes, or is likely to cause the website or access to the website to be interrupted, damaged, or impaired in any way;
b) use the Website for any purpose that could damage the name of ELYSIAN.CO.UK or House of Elysian Ltd or any goodwill attached to the Website;
c) use the Website for criminal, fraudulent or illegal activity or in any manner which would cause harm or distress to any third party;
d) access or attempt to access the accounts of other users or attempt to penetrate the Websites security measures;
e) use the Website for any purpose other than your personal use.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the Website at any time without notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that You have breached any of these restrictions or if we suspect fraudulent account activity or behaviour. This shall not limit our right to take any other action against you that we consider appropriate.
To be eligible to purchase goods on this Website and to lawfully enter into and form contracts on this website under English law you must:
a) Be aged 18 or older; and
b) Be the holder of a valid debit/credit card and
c) Register on the Site
Registration and Personal Information
Any personal data that you provide to us during the registration process will be stored in our database and need not be entered with each new order; it will be automatically entered into the order form. You may alter and change any data at any time and can do so by logging in to the Website and selecting ‘My Account’.
You are responsible for your Account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and user name and are responsible for all activities that are carried out under them. We do not have the means to check the identities of people using the Website and will not be responsible for losses suffered by you where someone else uses your Account, password or user name, unless this is due to our negligence. You agree to notify us immediately by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone on +44 (0) 20 8850 9911 if you become aware or suspect any unauthorised use of your Account, password and username or if You are aware that these have become known to any other party.
If you forget your password we will reset it upon your request and send it to the email address, which you specified when you registered.
Product Descriptions and Images
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system.
Images are for illustration purposes only and may differ from the actual product, whilst every effort has been made to reproduce colours on the Website, in particular to (but not limited to) cosmetics, there may be some variation due to the limitations within the photographic process and screen variations, therefore exact colour matches are not possible.
We do not warrant that the product descriptions, colours or other content available on the Website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information including product descriptions and images appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the product exactly at the moment you place an order.
The price of a product shall be as stated on this Website at the time you place your order except in the case of obvious error. We try and ensure that all prices on our Website are accurate but errors may occur.
If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we dispatch the item to you. In those circumstances, we will inform you of the correct price to you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If you cancel, no payment will be taken from your card.
All prices shown are inclusive of UK VAT. Prices do not include delivery costs, instead you will be given options for delivery during the Checkout process which will then be added to the total amount due. All delivery service options are set out in our Delivery Information.
Ordering Process and Order Confirmation
Your order through the online purchase order form on the Website constitutes as an offer to us to buy the products you select from the Website. All orders are subject to availability and subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse to accept an order. Refer to our Non Acceptance section below for details.
We will send you an email acknowledging our receipt of your order. All communications will be addressed to the email address you supply when you register. Please note that this does not constitute acceptance by us. The contract for purchase of the product is formed when we send you an email of dispatch confirmation.
The ordering process is as follows:
You may select items from a range of products on the Website, details of which will be added to the "Shopping Bag" by clicking on the "Add to Bag" button. By clicking on the "Checkout" button in the Shopping Bag, you submit an offer to buy the goods in the Shopping Bag. As soon as this offer is acknowledged and accepted by us, via an Acceptance Email (as described below) your order forms a binding contract of sale between you and us.
Before placing an order (‘Checking Out’) you can view and amend your order details at any time by clicking on the "Shopping Bag".
You will automatically be sent an email confirming receipt of your order (a "Confirmation Email") with a summary of the details of your order, which we would recommend that you print out and keep for your own records. The Confirmation Email does not constitute our acceptance of your order; it merely records the fact that we have received your order. Please check that all details in the Confirmation Email are correct. If the details are incorrect or if you do not receive a Confirmation Email please contact us immediately on email@example.com.
We will send a second email when we dispatch your goods, which shall constitute our acceptance of your order (an "Acceptance Email") at which point a binding contract of sale will be concluded between you and us. We will file a copy of any orders that are accepted by us.
Non Acceptance of an Order
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of any one of the following:
a) The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
b) The product you ordered being unavailable for delivery to your selected delivery country.
c) Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
d) The identification of a pricing or product description error.
f) You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms and Conditions.
However in we will always try to find a resolution
ELYSIAN.CO.UK reserves the right to restrict the number of items available for sale to any individual Customer.
We accept payment by all major debit and credit cards including American Express. We also accept payment via PayPal. We do not currently accept cards registered outside the UK or non-UK based delivery addresses.
Payment will be debited from your account at the time of, or shortly before dispatch of the product. We Cannot complete an order until payment has been received in full
In placing an order You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. Fraudulent use of credit cards will be reported to the relevant authorities. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment we will not accept your order and we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal.
We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card payment in accordance with your order.
The website does do not store any credit or debit card details, all card payments are made through our merchant banker Barclaycard which is a safe and secure site.
We will retain the legal ownership of the goods until full payment has been made by you and such payment has been received by us. As soon as the product is delivered to you, you are responsible for it. Legal ownership of the goods will immediately revert to us if we refund any such payment to you.
We will deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the checkout process. Full details of all our delivery options can be found on the Delivery Options section on our Website. Please note that any delivery timescales quoted to you are indicative only and are dependant on a number of factors. Orders may be delivered in one or more parts. We do not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party.
You need to report to us within 10 working days of dispatch notification if your item has not been received to enable us to investigate the matter with our couriers. Failure to do so will prevent us from resolving the issue for you.
Acceptance of Goods
Upon receipt of your order You must inspect the goods. You will be deemed to have accepted the goods unless you notify us that you have cancelled the order and/or you return the goods in accordance with the Returns Policy & Procedure. If no such action is taken, we shall not be obliged to accept any rejection of the goods at a later date. Your statutory rights are not affected. You may cancel your order up until the seventh working day from the day after you receive your item and no later.
However, if you realise you have made a mistake when ordering, please try to contact us as soon as you can by calling +44 (0) 20 8850 9911. We have a very limited time in which to stop orders from being dispatched, to do so after will result in You having to return the goods at your expense.
To cancel an order which has already been dispatched You must send an email to email@example.com stating your full name, address and order number.
Where the cancellation request has been given after the dispatch and/or delivery of an order, You must ensure that you return the product in a secure manner, and in the original packaging. It must not appear as used, tampered with or damaged. Due to the personal nature of the products that we sell, we cannot replace or refund unwanted items if they have been opened or if any seals appear broken.
You are liable for the costs of the return, including Postage and Packaging and any other services used such as gift-wrapping of the product(s), unless the product(s) are faulty, damaged or incorrect.
We will refund the original payment method used to place the order and provide you with our returns address so you can return the goods to us. Please return the goods within 14 working days.
Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30 day "No Quibble Policy", if you are not entirely satisfied with your order, then you may return the unopened product(s) to us within 30 days of receiving your order. You must however, have given notice of the return within 14 days of receiving the order.
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect you must notify us immediately, no longer than 7 working days of receiving the product. We will ensure that we replace the goods or refund your payment, as deems appropriate.
You must retain all original packaging, including outer packaging, to use if returning the goods.
Postage will be refundable to you in cases where an incorrect or faulty item was received to you from us.

Copyright and Other Intellectual Property Rights
Your use of the Website grants no rights to you in relation to copyright, design rights, trade marks or other of our intellectual property rights (or the intellectual property rights of third parties).
We provide the Website to you solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may electronically copy and print only those areas of the Website, which are required in the process of using the Website as a shopping resource. The content of the Website may not be used for any other purpose without our express written permission.
